Customer Support Manager
Crocker Communications, a family-owned and operated company with offices in Greenfield and Springfield seeks applications for the position of Customer Support Manager. This position has opened due to an internal promotion.
Responsibilities:

Manage employees who log and resolve customers’ questions, problems and concerns.

Determine staffing needs based on workload and budget; work with members of the management team to hire and retain qualified staff.

Lead, train, evaluate and mentor staff.

Anticipate company and customer growth to ensure that support services meet needs.

Actively participate on the Quality Assurance team.

Maintain smooth running and efficient operations in multiple sites in the face of rapidly changing technology and variable customer needs.
Ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree, be technically proficient, organized, cool under pressure, solution-oriented, customer-focused and resourceful, a team player assisting co-workers and supervisors as needed.
Regular travel between Springfield and Greenfield offices is required. Both locations offer secure, on-site parking. Crocker Communications offers competitive pay and benefits.
