Call Forwarding Options
There are several call forwarding options available with your Crocker Hosted Phone service. The call forwarding features included with a phone are dependent upon the monthly license (Basic, Standard, Premium) purchased and assigned to the phone.
- Call Forwarding Always
Allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number such as your home office or cell phone. - Call Forwarding Busy
Allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number or voicemail when your phone is busy. Note: Call Waiting must be disabled. DnD (Do Not Disturb) will also place your phone in a busy state. - Call Forwarding No Answer
Allows you to forward your incoming calls to a different phone number when you do not answer the phone. Use this service when you would rather have a secretary or co-worker receive the call instead of the caller being sent to your voicemail. - Call Forwarding Not Reachable
Allows you to forward your incoming calls to a different phone number when your phone is not accessible. CFNR is a disaster recovery feature in case of an unforeseen event such as a loss of connection to the Internet. - Call Forwarding Selective
Allows you to forward specific calls matching your pre-defined criteria to a different phone number. Use this service to forward calls from your manager, a family member, or an important customer to your cell phone, alternate business phone, or home phone. The criteria for each CFS entry can be a list of up to 12 phone numbers, a specified time schedule, and a specific holiday schedule.
