Important Warning About Email Scams
There are scams circulating via email asking for your user ID and password. They threaten to deactivate your account if you do not comply. These messages are NOT being generated by Crocker Support even if the sender's address appears to be Crocker. Please do not reply to the email, just delete it. If you have questions or concerns contact Crocker Client Support by phone at one of the local numbers listed above or send an email to support@crocker.com.
Remember, Crocker Technicians will never request security information in an email. Please take steps to protect your identity and make sure your family members do the same. You should never send passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers or credit card numbers though email.

Email Virus Alert

There is a virus circulating via email that looks like an update request from Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express. It is NOT legitimate. Microsoft updates are generally done automatically through your operating system without email notification. Please delete the message if you get it. Do not click on the link in a “Critical update”; it’s a Trojan virus that will damage your computer.

Crocker System Monitoring Upgrade 1-4 pm EST
June 9, 2009
On Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 1 PM, Crocker technicians will begin a full revision upgrade on software used to monitor the status of both Crocker and Client network systems. This software produces the bandwidth reports that you may receive by email.
Our monitoring system will be operational at the conclusion of the upgrade, which may take up to 3 hours. No bandwidth data will be gathered during this time. Your upcoming bandwidth report that includes June 9 will indicate the data gap.
With the exception of the expected 3-hour gap, please contact Crocker Client Support if you experience any problems with your bandwidth reporting following the upgrade.
