Starting January 1, 2025, Crocker Communications will update its billing cycle to streamline and simplify the invoicing process for all customers. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers, ensuring clarity, convenience, and ease of use in managing your account.
What’s Changing?
1. Monthly Billing Cycle: All customers will now be invoiced once a month on the first of every month. This change aims to make invoice due dates consistent and easier to follow, ensuring a more predictable and organized billing process.
2. Auto Payments: For those enrolled in autopay, payments will now be processed on the 15th of each month. This adjustment provides a comfortable window between receiving your invoice and the payment date, giving you ample time for review.
3. Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Billing Updates: Customers on quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing plans will also see updates to their cycles in the near future. These plans will align with the calendar quarters, creating further consistency and ease in managing billing schedules.
4. Prorated Adjustments for January 2025: If you have already been invoiced for January service, you will receive a prorated adjustment on January 1st to align with the new billing cycle. This ensures a seamless transition without any disruption to your service.
5. ACH Payment Details: As part of these updates, we are providing updated ACH payment details directly on your invoices. Please review your January invoice carefully for this important information.
