Crocker – How to Transfer (Polycom)
Instructions on how to transfer a call using your Polycom VVX IP Phone.
- Consultative Transfer – Allows for the user to talk to the person they want to transfer the call to before the transfer is made.
- Blind Transfer – Allows for the user to transfer the call without speaking to the person they want to transfer the call to.
- Direct Transfer to Voicemail – Allows the user to transfer the call directly to voicemail.
